December was a FUN FILLED month for our residents and we kicked off the festivities with some Gingerbread House fun!
It was truly a GREAT day at The Meadows, packed full of festive Halloween fun for everyone! The residents got a real kick out of seeing staff members dressed in costume today and they repaid the favor this afternoon with an AWESOME Halloween parade! We finished our afternoon with donuts, cider, candy and Halloween themed Bingo and Trivia!
In early October we took full advantage of the beautiful weather by taking a trip to resident Terry Carpenter's family Pumpkin Farm in Linden! Terry enjoyed seeing her family and introducing all her friends. We picked pumpkins and gourds, saw all the animals, toured the fields and took a lot of pictures! But above all else WE HAD FUN!
Margaret and our entire Dietary Staff were busy in the kitchen making a batch of The Meadows famous cookies for our good friends at The Loyalsock Volunteer Fire company for National First Responders Day!
